Rachel Corp

Reporting directly to the CEO as a key member of ITN’s Senior Leadership team, Rachel is responsible for devising and executing the vision, strategy and direction of ITV News.

This includes all editorial output of ITV’s national news on TV and online, as well as special programmes such as General Elections and Royal events, plus executive oversight of programming such as On Assignment, Tonight, Peston, and ITV London. 

Rachel was appointed to her current role in 2018. Previously she was Editor of 5 News, and before that was editor of ITV News London and held a number of senior roles at ITV News. As head of home news, Rachel led the team which won a Royal Television Society award.

She began her ITN career as a trainee. Rachel has also spent time in Russia as the BBC’s senior Moscow producer.
