Christine Ohuruogu MBE
Olympic, World & Commonwealth Champion
Christine is Britain’s most successful female athlete with a total of 26 medals won at major international championships, the first British female to win three global titles and the first British female to win medals at three consecutive Olympic Games.
Following her stellar athletics career, Christine graduated in 2019 with a degree in law from Queen Mary’s University.
Christine currently holds a number of board and non-executive positions with sports organisations including GB Boxing, British Athletics, Sporting Equals, Sports Resolutions and the Lloyd Cowan Bursary.
She is also a member of the governing council at University College London having read linguistics at UCL and graduating in 2005. Christine was awarded an MBE in 2009.
