Garazi Goia

Senior Managing Director, Media & Entertainment Lead EMEA, FTI Delta

Garazi leads FTI Delta’s media and entertainment arm in Europe, the Middle East and Africa having been at the forefront of market-leading changes for more than 20 years and holding senior roles at organisations such as the BBC and Sky.

Her career has primarily focused on business development, strategy and transformation in TV and radio broadcast as well as online distribution, pay-TV and free-to-air TV platforms. Garazi has held board directorships at Freeview, Freesat, Digital UK and Youview.

At FTI Delta she advises corporate and Private Equity clients on their corporate and portfolio strategy, transactions, transformations, new business development and monetisation, M&A, due diligence and operational improvement.
