Talisha ‘Tee Cee’ Johnson

Talisha Johnson – known professionally as Tee Cee – is a television producer, presenter, filmmaker and author who made her writer-director debut on her documentary Too Autistic For Black, commissioned by Warner Bros. Discovery for its Black Britain Unspoken series for discovery+. The documentary won ‘Diversity Champion’ at the 2023 Royal Television Society Midlands Awards.
To date Tee Cee has won 10 commissions for her ideas and formats including BBC Three Birmingham’s first in-house commission for the six-part iPlayer series, My Mate’s A Bad Date, and the 45-episode BBC Three digital series, No Offence But.
Recent career highlights include being selected for Edinburgh TV Festival’s - Ones To Watch (2023) and the BAFTA Breakthrough UK cohort (2023). Outside of TV, she can be found supporting young women in TV and digital through her platform Not Your Average Girl.
